How to Measure Your Ring Size

Measure a Ring You Own

Choose a ring that fits the finger you plan to wear your H&Aquarius ring on. Measure the inside diameter straight across from inner edge to inner edge, in millimeters. Compare your measurement with the chart above.

Measure Your Finger

Wrap a thin strip of paper snugly around the base of your finger. Mark where the paper overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimeters. This is your finger circumference; match it to the closest circumference in the chart.

Fit Tips

Measure at the end of the day. Fingers naturally change size throughout the day and with temperature.

Measure the finger you plan to wear the ring on. The same finger can differ slightly between your left and right hands.

Your ring should feel secure, not tight. It should slide over your knuckle with slight resistance.

Wider bands can feel snugger. If you are between sizes, choose the larger option.

Handle gently and avoid drops, knocks and pressure. Keep dry and remove before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid perfume, lotions and household chemicals, and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Store separately to help protect the natural peridot, cubic zirconia settings and 18K gold-plated finish. Do not use a silver polishing cloth on gold-plated jewelry. If a stone feels loose, stop wearing the ring until it has been inspected. The first thing I noticed out of the box was the proportion, not the sparkle. The gold-plated finish is less harsh in person than it looked on my screen. The ring feels easier to style when I keep the rest of my hand jewelry simple. It works for me overall, with one small expectation gap.
